About the Course:

The Social Recruitment Certification was created by Doximity Talent Finder to educate clients (and, now, non-clients!) on the ins and outs of online social recruiting. The course is broken into 6 modules and, in total, will take about 3 hours.

By taking the courses included in our certification, you will be exposed to everything from the what/how/why of social recruitment in the healthcare space to the importance of expanding your pipeline and measuring your recruitment ROI. We start off by introducing you to the world of social recruiting - why it's beneficial and the overall landscape. We then discuss various sourcing methodologies in addition to inbound and outbound recruitment. We finish the certification with an overview of talent pipelining, reporting & ROI.
