One of Irven’s most recent challenges was finding the right candidate for an inpatient surgical role, focused on providing surgical coverage to unassigned cases that may arise in the middle of the night. He shares, “A big problem that arises in surgery is a physician on call being interrupted in the middle of the night to perform surgery, which often throws a wrench in the next day’s surgeries for that provider. This position is an intended solution to the problem.”

I know I will be able to filter and target to identify the candidates who will be most qualified and most likely to respond.” For this particular role, Irven was already in communication with the physician who ended up being hired after only sending a few messages.
